Many think this is saying the Last Day of judgement should come. Read Mat 6:9-13 because this prayer is meant to usher in unto the earth God's Provision, Forgiveness, and Protection. It is NOT about the end of the world, but the beginning of a new kingdom/world. Get into the kingdom today, acknowledging that Christ Jesus your LORD and Saviour, has fully paid the price by His Blood on your behalf, to begin to enjoy these wonderful packages (John 3:16).
# God is a Spirit, and so His kingdom in heaven is spiritual/unseen. The Earth is a physical place derived from the Heaven. The earth is an image of heaven, just like man is the image of God. The one is derived from the other. One is real, fixed and forever the same, the other an image, and subject to change in the course of time.
# The kingdom of Heaven belong to God, and that of this Earth has been re-claimed by Christ, our LORD, at His death and resurrection! Our LORD Jesus Christ brought the kingdom of God in Heaven to man, in exchange for that of the Earth.
Since the death and resurrection of our LORD, we that are within His kingdom are re-claiming EVERYTHING by the Power & Glory of the kingdom of heaven (binding and loosing), because we know and are fully persuaded that ..."The earth is the LORD'S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein." (Psa 24:1).
Very Important: The ONLY Way into the (spiritual) kingdom of God today and now, is still through Jesus Christ, and THERE REMAINS NO OTHER WAY.
