Shadows.

"He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High SHALL ABIDE UNDER THE SHADOW of the Almighty." (Psa 91:1)

Even thou this was in the old testament, it gives us the insight into what we have working for us believers in Christ. When there is a covering over something, underneath light it will cast its shadow upon it. Do you still remember the day of Pentecost in Acts 2:1-3?

"And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind (the Cherubs), and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them."

... and the Throne Room of judgement of the kingdom of heaven became our mark.

Where is the secret place of the Most High God?

The secret place of the Most High on earth is wherever the Ark of the testimony is housed, that is, in the Most Holy place of the tabernacle. And on the Ark are two Cherubs covering the Mercy seat of Blood and of Judgement, with two of their wings spread up high, casting a shadow of covering over the Mercy seat and the room.

This is the setup of the kind of defence we have in Christ against the "Shadow of Death" cast over the unbelieving by the evil Cherub, the devil. Don't forget this - GOD DOES NOT NEED ANY PROTECTION FROM NOBODY OR THINGS CREATED OR NOT. WE ARE THE ONES THAT NEED THIS COVERING OF PROTECTION.

Are you protected?

To be protected, you must learn how to abide in the right place, and know Who is securing your safety. Who's covering are you under? The "Shadow of the Almighty" or the "Shadow of Death" (devil)? In the secret place of the Most High God is His covering (the Cherubs), and you must abide there to be protected and covered by His shadow (His Presence) without fail, forever.

Here's what the scriptures says about God's personality in Psalm 36:7;

"How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings.

When you have this understanding within your heart, there is absolutely nothing that can move you. You will always be blessed and be peaceful even in storms. You won't have need of anything nor beg for bread because there will always be a great conversion of wealth of the gentiles unto you! Always read Isaiah 60 and know that ... "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning." We are preserved and reserved for greatness!
