"The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him". (Psa 28:7)
# God?
The Supreme Being that gives life (His Breath/Spirit).
Without life, you're dead and without strength. Until we know that the strength (or power) required to lift up a pin is drawn from His Breath, we still don't know Him as God. If God is still not God to you completely, then He is still not the source of your strength.
Whatever you trust in apart from God, will soon draw you close to your grave. Learn quick and make God the "All in All" of your all.
# It ain't always what you think.
Have you being of help to anyone lately? What was going through your mind when you were walking past the one in need of your help? You felt so sorry for him and same time you blamed him for being too lazy, right? May we not fall into the hands of the devil.
Don't just take issues for granted. First seek out the truth(i.e., the Holy Spirit) before judging. A very little thing to you might be a mountain before many. So be a little more considerate of those that lack strength to do things you are able to do.
