Worship.

Sing your Prayers.

Whenever the church come together to worship God in spirit and truth, those that are true will always take every song to be their prayers offered unto God as a sweet savour.

"... a burnt sacrifice for a sweet savour, and an OFFERING MADE BY FIRE unto the LORD;..." (Lev 8:21).

This is what we must regularly do in worship of our God. Christ has paid the price for ALL that is needed for our Atonement - consecration and sanctification. And so through our songs (hymns, psalms, etc) we offer up the Word(Christ) on the altar of our hearts, where the Spirit of truth consumes it with fire. This is true worship unto the LORD, done in spirit and truth.

"Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord." (Col 3:16).

Therefore, NEVER STOP singing your prayers or praying your songs during worship. The content of the song should always minister to the LORD and you when you pay rapt attention to every single word coming out of your mouth. [Rapt: 1. completely fascinated by what one is seeing or hearing; 2. having been carried away bodily or transported to heaven.]

[Note that there is a world of difference between spiritual and soulful songs. One is from the heart/spirit and it's heavenly, while the other is emotional/soul and it's earthly.]
